  • Colorado Time Systems is looking for a Domestic Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced Sales Team.

    The Sales Administrator is responsible for general administrative support for the sales team including, but not limited to: processing sales orders, preparing proposals, processing requests for information/literature, coordinating sales meetings, preparing reports, and creating/maintaining databases.

    Essential responsibilities:

    • Answer customer inquiries
    • Provide dependable, professional administrative support for sales representatives
    • Process orders, returns, and price quotes
    • Assemble submittal books and data as required
    • Answer questions regarding shipping status of orders and repairs; provide shipping tracking numbers as required
    • Maintain customer files
    • Manage leads in database
    • Produce memos, letters, and other communication for internal and external distribution
    • Schedule qualified sales meetings for outside sales representatives
    • Perform continued communication and follow up with assigned leads
    • Deliver a “WOW” customer experience

    Minimum requirements:

      • Results-oriented
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, SBT/TIW and CRM database software
      • Highly organized
      • Ability to manage multiple and quickly changing priorities with tight deadlines
