  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President and General Manager. He/she will be expected to perform diverse and complex administrative support duties. Assignments will involve working with highly confidential information, necessitating exposure to sensitive material and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, and diplomacy. This position also acts a key liaison between the local staff and corporate human resource department.

    You will be required to act on your own initiative and set up work processes to achieve desired results. You will interact with executive, administrative, and senior leadership both internally and externally. A high level of professionalism is a must.

    Responsibilities

    • Executive Organization & Management:  Manage executive availability and commitments to ensure clear priorities and optimum use of executive time
    • Meeting Management:  Effectively ensure all meetings requiring the executive’s attendance have a meeting agenda and prepared materials
    • Meeting Preparation:  Prepare executive for meetings by creating, gathering, and/or organizing material  and preparing reference material in an effective structure
    • Meeting and Event Planning:  Plan and coordinate meetings/events as needed for the executive and/or team
    • Concierge Level Service:  Provide a positive experience for all those coming into contact with executive office and proactively provide exceptional high touch services as appropriate
    • Presentation Coordination:  Partner with team members to coordinate presentation materials
    • General Administrative Support:  Provide administrative support including answering and screening calls, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and other duties as necessary
    • Team Focus:  Collaborate with the support staff team, providing back-up support to the receptionist and other administrative assistants as needed
    • Onboarding/HR Admin:  Support and coordinate new hire on-boarding, assist staff with insurance issues and required, liaise between on-site staff and corporate HR as necessary
    • Proactive Partnership:  Anticipate priorities and issues, and proactively resolve or escalate where appropriate

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of comparable experience

  • Colorado Time Systems is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Team.

    Duties for the Mechanical Engineer include (but are not limited to):

    • Design and develop all aspects of mechanical components, systems and products including assembly and part drawings as well as other required documentation from design concept to manufacturing release; including, but not limited to, designing with sheet metal, plastics, and fastening systems
    • Coordinating with Sales & Marketing departments for structural, architectural, and specification drawings
    • Formulation of product specifications and requirements
    • Working in the manufacturing environment on continuous improvement projects and Engineering Change Orders
    • Skilled in the implementation of processes and procedures optimized for manufacturing
    • Working knowledge of prototype/production costing schemes and feasibility studies
    • Working with vendors and outside resources to solve complex problems
    • Plan and design new production processes
    • Detailed drawings utilizing ANSI standard drafting practices in both ProE and AutoCAD software packages
    • Specification of geometric tolerances
    • Formulation of assembly diagrams and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer working with projects and system design
    • Experience with roto-molded plastic parts
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Eagerness to quickly learn new technologies
    • Ability to take ownership of a project and make critical decisions
    • A permanent U.S. work permit

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of sports
    • Experienced with modern Rapid Prototyping processes
    • Experienced with Creo/PRoE and AutoCAD
    • Direct experience with sheet metal assembly design
    • Direct experience with plastic injection molded part design

    Education:

    • BS in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field)

    • Collaborative development fundamentals for mechanical design
    • Structured bills of materials methods and practices for mechanical assemblies
